Additional Services (Add-On Costs)

• New Electrical Outlet Installation: If you want a TV power outlet installed behind the TV for complete wire concealment, we can provide this service for an additional charge.

Standard Installation (Starting at $250)

• Removing old ceiling fan from existing wiring and a fan-rated electrical box already in the ceiling.

• Installing customer provided ceiling fan.

• Adding a Fan rated electrical box is an additional cost: $150

1. Standard Light Fixture Replacement (Starting at $200)

• Scope:

  • Removing an existing fixture and installing a new, standard-sized fixture (e.g., a simple flush-mount, semi-flush mount, or small pendant light).

  • The new fixture is provided by the customer.

  • The existing wiring and electrical box are in good, working condition.

  • The ceiling height is standard (up to 9 feet).

  • No complicated assembly is required for the new fixture.

Small Patch/ Spot repair: Up to (7”x 7”): $200

Medium Patch: Up to 2 ’ x 2’ (4 Sq. Ft): $300- $450

Large Section: Up to 4’ x 4’ (16 sq. ft.): $400 -650

Standard Drain Repair or Replacement

• Price: Typically $350 - $550

• This service is for jobs that require more time and materials, including:

  • Full P-trap Replacement: Replacing an old or damaged P-trap with a new one.

  • Pipe Replacement: Replacing a cracked, leaking, or corroded section of the drain pipe.

  • Obstruction Removal: Removing a significant clog or blockage.

• We provide the labor and standard materials (e.g., PVC pipe, gaskets) only.

• For all jobs, we will perform a diagnosis and confirm the final price before beginning any work.

• Not all drain issues are handyman-level jobs. For deep-seated clogs that are not in the immediate drain line, major pipe repair, or any issue requiring access inside a wall, we will refer you to a licensed plumber to ensure the job is done safely and correctly.

Option 2: We Provide & Pick Up the Toilet

This is our premium, full-service option. We will handle the entire process, saving you the time and hassle of shopping for and transporting the new toilet.

• Procurement Fee: A flat fee of $125 will be added to the labor cost. This covers our time and travel to pick up your new toilet.

• Total Cost: Labor + Procurement Fee + Cost of Toilet

  • Standard Installation: $275 + $125 + Cost of Toilet

  • Complex Installation: $500 + $125 + Cost of Toilet

What to Expect: Standard vs. Complex Installation

Standard Installation

A standard installation is a straightforward replacement with no unforeseen issues. The new toilet will fit perfectly in the existing space, and we'll have easy access to the plumbing.

• Existing Toilet: The old toilet is easy to remove, and the bolts are not rusted or seized.

• Plumbing: The existing toilet flange and water shut-off valve are in good, working condition and do not require repair or replacement.

• Subfloor: The floor around the toilet is solid, dry, and free of any damage.

Complex Installation

A complex installation requires additional time, materials, and expertise to address a common, unforeseen issue. The project will fall into this category if we encounter any of the following problems:

• Damaged Flange: The toilet flange—the connection to the drainpipe—is cracked, broken, or set at the wrong height, and needs to be repaired or replaced.

• Faulty Shut-off Valve: The water shut-off valve is old, corroded, or broken, and needs to be replaced before the new toilet can be installed.

• Unstable Subfloor: The floor beneath the toilet is soft or damaged, requiring a repair to ensure a safe, secure, and leak-free installation.

• Stubborn Removal: The existing toilet is difficult to remove due to rusted bolts or a stubborn wax ring, which requires extra time and effort.
