    • Service Includes (in addition to the Standard Installation):

      • New Fan-Rated Electrical Box: If your current light fixture is not installed on a fan-rated box, we will remove the old box and professionally install a new one. This is a critical safety step to ensure the fan is securely anchored and will not fall from the ceiling. We use "old work" fan braces that are specifically designed for this purpose, providing a secure, code-compliant mounting point without requiring access from the attic.
