Ceiling fan Installation
Standard Installation (Starting at $250): This is your base price for the most common type of job: replacing an existing light fixture with a new ceiling fan.
Scope: This price applies when there is existing wiring and a fan-rated electrical box already in the ceiling. This job is straightforward and typically involves removing the old fixture, assembling the new fan, connecting the wiring, and mounting it securely.
Customer benefit: Customers pay a set price for a quick and simple upgrade.
This package covers installations that require additional labor, time, and materials.
Service Includes (in addition to the Standard Installation):
New Fan-Rated Electrical Box: If your current light fixture is not installed on a fan-rated box, we will remove the old box and professionally install a new one. This is a critical safety step to ensure the fan is securely anchored and will not fall from the ceiling. We use "old work" fan braces that are specifically designed for this purpose, providing a secure, code-compliant mounting point without requiring access from the attic.
